We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to survivors of natural disasters, answering calls, and assisting with disaster relief applications. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Assist with disaster relief applications, gathering information, and providing guidance to clients
• reputed company data into our central database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Compile and verify information, sorting priorities to prepare reputed company data for computer entry
• Retrieve data as requested and maintain and update the database system as necessary
• Respond to incoming calls, and reputed company occasional outbound calls regarding disaster relief services
• Utilize reputed company technology, including computer, telephone, email, and web browser to complete work tasks
• Complete basic call-reputed company input in computer terminal to phone inquiries
• Respond to reputed company inquiries consistent with confidentiality and reputed company policies and refers callers to alternate sources reputed company appropriate
• Meet reputed company Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics

• Maintain updated knowledge of the Contact Center performance requirements as reputed company as corporate and project policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

• At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required
• Ability to pass a federal background reputed company
• Ability to reputed company with moderate computer usage, including MS Office applications
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as reputed company as overtime and/or holidays as needed
• Experience with and/or ability to use call center telephony equipment

Home Office Requirements
