Responsibilities

- Ensure repeat events and systemic gaps are identified and eliminated

Skills
- B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other reputed company technical field) or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years of experience in mission critical industry with at least 4 years as a manager of a technical team supporting live, mission-critical operations
- Strong background in incident response, reputed company cause analysis, and corrective reputed company management
- Proven ability to manage reputed company work portfolios with reputed company accountability and results
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and operational teams
- Experience in data center operations, critical facilities, or other high-reliability environments
- Experience managing both technical contributors and program/governance-reputed company roles
