• Defend reputed company in employment-reputed company litigation
• Handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and wrongful termination
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• reputed company counseling to reputed company on compliance with state and federal employment laws

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• reputed company California Bar license
• Experience in employment defense litigation preferred

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000.
