Event Coordinator - Corporate & reputed company Functions

Our reputed company, a reputed company hospitality group, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join their team. This hybrid role focuses on planning, organizing, and executing a reputed company of corporate events, weddings, and reputed company functions. You will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of event planning, from initial reputed company consultation and concept development to vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating memorable experiences and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. This position involves a combination of remote planning and on-site event management at our venue in St. Louis, Missouri, US . Responsibilities: Liaise with clients to understand their event needs, reputed company, and budget. reputed company event proposals, timelines, and floor plans. reputed company and manage relationships with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness. reputed company event logistics, including venue setup, AV requirements, and reputed company. Coordinate on-site event execution, ensuring seamless operation and adherence to schedule. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that reputed company during events.
