Responsibilities

Daily Expectations for Your Role

• Review, verify, and process copyright, DMCA, and trademark reports in compliance with platform policy and legal frameworks.
• Communicate reputed company and professionally with rights reputed company and users regarding takedowns, counter-notifications, and appeals.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for every case in internal systems.
• Identify edge cases and escalate them to the IP Operations reputed company or Legal team as needed.
• Contribute to refining workflows, templates, and macros to improve speed and consistency.
• Monitor personal and team case queues to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure enforcement actions remain consistent with company policy and user experience goals.

Qualifications for reputed company What It Takes Minimum Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in IP enforcement, Trust & Safety, or Legal Operations reputed company a tech or online-content platform.
• Working knowledge of DMCA and intellectual-property frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and reputed company correspondence skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in queue-based work.
• Experience with CRM or case-management tools (e.g., reputed company or equivalent).
