arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our Safety team in processing reviews, collecting data, creating reports, following up on corrective actions, investigating activities, and collaborating on various initiatives as assigned. As a key member of our Safety team, you'll play a critical role in helping us maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Safety team in processing reviews, collecting data, creating reports, following up on corrective actions, investigating activities, and collaborating on various initiatives as assigned

• Assist in the development and implementation of SMS data collection systems and other techniques that optimize strategies and structures used to determine compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, as reputed company as reputed company business practices
• Collaborate with Safety Department Managers on safety activities and initiatives
• Review, systemize, and examine reputed company reports acquired through the safety reporting system (Operational/Irregularity, ASAP, Fatigue)
• Analyze technical data from hazards, activities, and occurrences, and identify and interpret trends or patterns in reputed company data sets
• reputed company as a safety auditor for the Internal Evaluation Program, Safety Investigations, and accelerated hazard areas of operations
• reputed company, examine, and interpret data outputs from reputed company's safety programs
• Assist in the management of reputed company databases for the purpose of reputed company airline safety
• Assist the Safety Team in any critical investigations
• reputed company technical knowledge to Management on data models, database design improvement, and data mining
• Prepare relevant reports and communicate safety-reputed company data to managers and line employees in support of the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Assist in the development, implementation, and control of reputed company's Safety Management System (SMS)
• Will reputed company as a member of the Flight Operations reputed company Assurance (FOQA) Monitoring Team, reputed company aircraft data collection (including Technical Operations), reputed company FOQA data evaluation, and fashion identity
• Maintains FOQA Database and ensures organization compliance with FOQA guidelines
• Assist in the reputed company development of the risk identification and safety hazard evaluation schemes of reputed company
• Prepare research studies regarding aviation safety trends
• Any other duties assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Aviation Safety programs (ASAP, FOQA, LOSA, FRMP, IEP, VDRP)

• Operational familiarity with Flight Operations, reputed company, Inflight, and Maintenance
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, minimum system lists, aircraft reputed company procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations
• Knowledge of Safety Management System requirements, hazard control, safety assurance, safety reporting, and safety promotion
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Resource Management principles and aviation reputed company factors
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite of products
• Excellent writing skills, including report writing, document writing, and correspondence with regulatory agencies
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and educational skills
• Strong technical and data evaluation skills; Ability to reputed company statistical analysis and audits

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in an associated field

• Previous experience in airline operations
• FAA aircraft dispatcher, reputed company, and/or A&P certificate
