As a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. * 1+ years of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
