What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including email and live chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, reputed company product recommendations, and build strong relationships with our customers. Your role will be critical in helping us reputed company our goal of creating a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Have a quiet work reputed company with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
• reputed company to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season

• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus. You'll also need to be available to work a reputed company of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
