As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience reputed company picking up or returning packages at our Locker retail locations. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You'll also be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery

• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues

Physical Demands

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be required to reputed company physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to reputed company items around. You'll also be required to go up and down stairs, where applicable.
