The Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Updating customer information and order status in our order system
• Reviewing dashboards for alerts and taking proactive steps to resolve issues
• Escalating unresolved issues to senior team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An associate degree or formal customer service training is preferred
• Two years of business process solutions, customer service, and/or administrative experience
• One year of food broker experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, reputed company, and Outlook)
• Proficiency in data/order entry and software
• Possession of Becton System technical skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
