Job reputed company:

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Managing daily operations at our self-storage facilities, including cash handling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
• Selling storage reputed company, packing and moving supplies, and other services to our customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Conducting daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits, maintaining accurate records and reports
• Making reminder and collection calls to customers, ensuring reputed company payments and minimizing delinquencies
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and policies

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to transport, lift, and reputed company items weighing up to 35 pounds

• Ability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Ability to reputed company cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Qualifications:
