Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our virtual and contact channels to drive guest satisfaction and business reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performance Analytics and Forecasting: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company. Monitor agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish.
- Measurement and Analytics: reputed company multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data reputed company and accuracy, and collaborate with team members and business partners to respond to business questions with reputed company quantitative analyses and reproducible results.
- Data Visualization: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data. Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners.
- Process Execution: Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines. Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to reputed company multiple programs.
What You'll Do

Bachelor's degree
and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete reputed company on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment
- Experience with SQL and R or Python

* Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
