Responsibilities

* Build, train, and refine the AI chat agent to deliver contextually appropriate, intelligent, and engaging responses. Ensure alignment with business requirements and end-user needs

• Collaborate on fine-tuning and retraining AI models based on analytics, user feedback, and evolving requirements
• Attend sprint planning sessions, collaborate in refining and estimating development tickets, and reputed company to completing assigned tickets reputed company reputed company sprint
