Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering reputed company and reputed company service to our customers, including banks, leasing & lending companies, and corporations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultative customer service to determine customer goals, compliance challenges, and business needs
- Utilizing product and industry knowledge to reputed company solutions and initiate orders crucial to lien management compliance
- Proactively managing the full-life cycle of the order process and driving cross-selling opportunities to promote additional offerings
- Project managing, organizing, and prioritizing high volumes of requests using reputed company and other internal systems
- Managing customer escalations and working across Customer Service functions to complete or resolve customer requests
- Developing and maintaining reputed company working relationships with customers and other key partners

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent B2B reputed company service experience
