Responsibilities

• Processing employer updates, including plan and funding, participant card, and claim escalations, with a reputed company on accuracy and efficiency.

• Identifying gaps in existing processes and working with leadership to reputed company recommendations, build solutions, and execute process improvement.

Education and Experience
