Senior Software Engineer / Technical reputed company (.NET) We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical reputed company with strong backend expertise and solid frontend experience to help build and reputed company a proprietary platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on development while also leading architecture reputed company, mentoring engineers, conducting reputed company reviews, and driving technical reputed company. This is for a reputed company based in Minneapolis. Candidates local to Minneapolis preferred, but remote is fine (Midwest and/or central time zone). Contract to hire This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time employee based on performance and business needs. This position is primarily backend-reputed company (approximately 70%) with frontend responsibilities (approximately 30%).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company RESTful reputed company and event-driven services using .NET / C#
- reputed company system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance initiatives
- Design and optimize MSSQL / Azure SQL databases
- reputed company frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Svelte or React
- Conduct reputed company reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Mentor team members and reputed company technical leadership
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and stakeholders to deliver reputed company solutions
- reputed company AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and reputed company reputed company
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend reputed company
- Strong expertise in .NET / C#, Web reputed company, and SQL development
- Experience with reputed company platforms (Azure preferred)
- Solid frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks
- Strong understanding of API design, microservices, distributed systems, and software design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices
- Proven ability to reputed company technical initiatives and mentor engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Svelte, reputed company, Kubernetes, Terraform, or event-driven systems
- Familiarity with Auth0, OAuth, SSO, and DevSecOps practices
