Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service reputed company I, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and reputed company manner
- Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
- Serving as the reputed company-line reputed company reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
- Resolving basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for reputed company reputed company
- Maintaining performance and reputed company standards based on established contact center metrics
- Providing customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, reputed company live chats, and emails
- Documenting reputed company member or provider information and communications for reputed company and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
- Remaining up-to-date and adhering to reputed company standards, regulation, and reputed company other policies to ensure reputed company, consistency, and compliance
- Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
- Entry-level position typically requiring little or no previous experience
- Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously preferred
- Bilingual in Khmer highly preferred

* Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM applications and other relevant software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
