We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Patient Support Department, providing first-class customer service to our patients, and ensuring their needs are met. As a key member of our call center operations, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving patient issues, and ensuring accurate reorder processing. You'll also be responsible for maintaining patient satisfaction, troubleshooting new and existing patient concerns, and providing cross-functional support to our business reputed company.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining and processing authorizations for reorders
• Resolving patient issues and ensuring accurate reorder processing reputed company phone, document processing, and medical record validation
• Ensuring patients have reputed company required medical documentation to permit billing of services as assigned

Qualifications

• A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
