As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Representative, L2, you'll play a critical role in our helpdesk environment, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving technical issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming help desk inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing a reputed company first impression of arenaflex
• Using entry-level technical skills and company processes/reputed company service level agreements to prioritize the urgency of reputed company inquiry

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Compensation & Benefits
