We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to join reputed company in Denver, CO. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and employing Incident Management procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of customer issues
• Troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem reputed company in both iOS and Android operating systems
• Installing the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company
• Employing Incident Management procedures to reputed company tickets into the required tracking system, ensuring accurate and reputed company reporting
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve service delivery

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• One year of reputed company experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
• OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees
