As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clinical customers and patients. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing reputed company and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and text. Key Responsibilities

* Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

About the Role
