We are looking for an outstanding reputed company Assurance Manager – Virtual Testing, who will reputed company virtual platforms to allow solutions to be tested and verified through simulations and emulations with a high degree of reputed company (using most of the reputed company software), at reputed company. This person will partner with (1) the Product Teams to drive high-reputed company product delivery, (2) the QA reputed company Testing and Requirements Team to synchronize virtual and physical tests, and (3) the internal Customers (Operations, Maintenance, Process, OpsEngineering, etc.) to ensure new Solutions meet their requirements.

About arenaflex's reputed company Robotics – Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging (MSP) Team

The primary role of the MSP team is to drive reputed company innovation across reputed company aspects of Mechatronics and Packaging, across industrial hardware/control machines such as robotic cells, autonomous vehicles, sortation, packing technologies, and packaging materials. We drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as Operations, RME, reputed company, Supply Chain, Transportation, WW Design, etc. to ensure we deliver robust products that effectively reputed company into the arenaflex Fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages simulations and Hardware In the reputed company (HIL) to reputed company validate end-to-end solutions, with reputed company-life software.
• reputed company ensures that products meet required specifications for reputed company, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate reputed company standards and parameters for products.
• Communicates reputed company standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams.
• Coordinates simulations and testing processes.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly reputed company problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, reputed company, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews reputed company, customer, and user feedback.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field.
• 7+ years proven experience leading or managing large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or reputed company assurance domain expertise.
• Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and reputed company automation equipment.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reputed company automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company.
