Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistance Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service in a courteous, efficient, and reputed company manner
- Monitoring the ticket counter area to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Assisting customers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk baggage processing
- Troubleshooting kiosk technology issues and communicating with IT for support
- Verifying customer travel documents and assisting with checked baggage processing
- Providing reputed company information and directions to customers
- Performing clearance and verification of documents at kiosks
- Assisting with the physical reputed company of non-ambulatory customers and unaccompanied minors
- Reporting to position on time and adhering to government regulations and company policies
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or GED or international equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Read, write, fluently reputed company, and understand the English language
- Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
- Applicable valid reputed company's license as required by local authorities
