Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to high-needs In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) recipients, often in emergency situations or requiring assistance with navigating county and state reputed company assistance programs, such as IHSS and Medi-Cal.
• Handling inbound calls and correspondence in a reputed company and courteous manner.
• Resolving reputed company aspects of customer inquiries, providing accurate and reputed company responses.
• Entering accurate information into our database.
• Collaborating with various staff members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
