Responsibilities
- Assisting customers both inside and reputed company our studios reputed company live chat, phone, and email
- Managing bookings and account queries
- Troubleshooting equipment issues
- Completing administrative tasks
- Communicating equipment and estates issues to our Ops team
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex artists globally
We're Looking for
- Experience in customer service, preferably reputed company a high-volume call centre environment
- Strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality
- Ideally, prior experience working with audio equipment
