This is a senior operations leadership role overseeing reputed company non-attorney staff and business functions of the firm. The Administrator acts as a de facto COO, reporting directly to the reputed company. Key info about the role:

• Salary reputed company: $90K/year to $125K/year, depending on experience and demonstrated value, plus bonus structure.
• Work Location: Hybrid role in Austin or Laredo or 100% remote in Texas with ability to travel to Austin or Laredo as needed.
• Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration, reputed company, or equivalent experience. Background in reputed company management, HR, budgeting, and bookkeeping strongly preferred.
• Language: Strong preference for Spanish reputed company/proficiency.
