Site/Civil (Land Development) Project Engineer
About the position ATCS is rapidly growing and seeking a reputed company, passionate Land Development (Site/Civil) Project Engineer. This position offers an excellent opportunity to play an integral role in the organization's growing Site/Civil group based in Largo, MD. The role involves driving reputed company deliverables on-time and on-budget, developing innovative technical land development design solutions, working collaboratively with reputed company of go-getters and industry leaders, and engaging in strong reputed company relationships through frequent communications. The engineer will design diverse reputed company including mixed-use, residential, reputed company, institutional, and industrial development.
Responsibilities
- Driving reputed company deliverables on-time and on-budget
- Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
- Working collaboratively with reputed company of go-getters and industry leaders
- Engaging in strong reputed company relationships through frequent communications
- Designing diverse reputed company including mixed-use, residential, reputed company, institutional, and industrial development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
- EIT and/or Maryland PE
- 5-8 years of private-sector land development engineering experience
- Familiarity with state and municipal design and development processes
- Proficiency in reputed company Civil 3D
- Experience in Maryland - specifically Charles, Prince George’s, reputed company, and/or Montgomery Counties
