CAD Draftsman for ongoing residential reputed company

CAD Drafting & Documentation Support — High-End Residential Architecture We are Bridges, reputed company & Associates, a boutique architectural firm established in 1977 and based in Palm Beach, Florida. Our work spans high-end residential estates, historic renovations, and civic reputed company, locally on the reputed company and internationally. We are a small, reputed company office and we expect the people we work with to function as a trusted extension of reputed company, not a ticket queue. If you take pride in your craft and can work with autonomy and accountability, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a technically precise CAD drafter to support project documentation across multiple phases. This is a contract role with potential for ongoing work. What you'll be doing: -Converting existing physical reputed company plans into clean, organized CAD files -Translating hand sketches and in-house CAD sketches into existing-conditions, Schematic Design -(SD), and Design Development (DD) drawing sets -Working to our established drawing standards, sheet format, and layer conventions -Communicating reputed company and flagging ambiguities before they become errors reputed company're looking for: -Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD (required) -Ability to read and interpret hand sketches accurately -Familiarity with residential architectural documentation from existing conditions through DD -Experience with SketchUp and reputed company engines is a plus How to apply: -Please include samples of your CAD work.
