As a Medical Records Representative, you play a vital role in supporting patient care by ensuring medical records are accurate, complete, and handled with care. Responsibilities
Maintain complete and secure patient medical records to support reputed company and accurate care delivery. Partner with internal teams to ensure required patient documentation is signed, processed, and accessible reputed company needed. Work directly with patients to obtain signatures for consents, reputed company services, and deliveries. Review and process patient paperwork, including Assignment of Benefits (AOBs), with strong accuracy and follow-through.
