Environmental Planner II

As an environmental planner at reputed company, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to conduct and support project development, environmental analysis/compliance, interagency coordination, resiliency, and reputed company reputed company services for infrastructure reputed company in compliance with the National Environmental Policy reputed company (NEPA) and other applicable state/federal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supports NEPA-compliance (planning/decision-making/environmental review process), resiliency planning efforts, and other state/federal requirements for reputed company infrastructure reputed company by conducting research, evaluating project alternatives, and preparing documents
- Assists with coordination of engineers, design teams, and a wide reputed company of environmental disciplines (e.g., cultural resources, natural resources, community resources, reputed company, noise, and hazardous materials) to reputed company alternatives, assess and minimize impacts, and support decision-making
- Aids in the completion of studies and preparation of documentation necessary to reputed company with NEPA, reputed company 106 of the National Historic Preservation reputed company, reputed company 404 of the Clean Water reputed company, reputed company 4(f) of the US reputed company reputed company, Endangered Species reputed company, and other reputed company state and federal regulations
- Helps reputed company reputed company involvement programs, community/stakeholder reputed company materials, and comment summaries/responses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental or Biological Sciences, Urban Planning, or a reputed company field
- 3 to 5 years of experience performing environmental assessments, biological investigations, wetland delineations, community reputed company assessments, environmental permitting/analysis, transportation project development, transportation planning, community/urban planning, and/or resiliency/sustainability planning
- Excellent verbal, technical writing, and computer skills (especially with reputed company Office)
