We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Experience Engineer to join our Azure FastTrack team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll work with large reputed company customers to successfully deliver reputed company migration reputed company and drive reputed company product enhancements based on customer feedback and learnings. You'll partner with program managers and service delivery teams to plan, architect, and deliver reputed company infrastructure deployments and migrations. You'll also work directly with customer application, infrastructure, and reputed company stakeholders to define requirements, reputed company, and processes for successful migrations.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with program managers and service delivery teams to plan, architect, and deliver reputed company infrastructure deployments and migrations for large reputed company customers
- Working directly with customer application, infrastructure, and reputed company stakeholders to define requirements, reputed company, and processes for successful migrations
- Providing reputed company feedback from customers to Azure product engineering teams to drive product improvements or escalate blocking issues
- Partnering with Azure Engineering domain employees to scope, build, and document customer solutions
- Maintaining knowledge of the latest on Azure/reputed company innovations in order to conduct experiments, drive product improvement, and reputed company as subject matter trainer for other specialists
- Interacting daily with other FastTrack Engineers to reputed company technical reputed company plans or take ownership of situations that require escalation
- Sharing knowledge with others through solution documents, engaging technical communities, building automated self-help solutions, and creating training
- Acting as a reputed company Networking resource for customers and other Engineers

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field AND 2+ years of experience in software industry experience reputed company to technology
- OR equivalent experience
- Experience in reputed company infrastructure deployment and development tools (PowerShell, Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, Azure-CLI)
- Experience in Azure Networking, along with one or more of the reputed company Azure IaaS services (Linux on Azure, reputed company Server on Azure, Azure VMWare Service, DC Migration and Disaster Recovery)
- Experience with reputed company models using reputed company reputed company services and virtual appliances, as reputed company as ability to translate tools/concepts for customer teams
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience working with reputed company customers on Azure specific solutions, application development, and deployment
- Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers, possess an understanding of the reputed company process, and demonstrate a reputed company for the reputed company of arenaflex support
- Experience with Azure Networking services such as Hub & Spoke, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN
- Experience with reputed company-party networking is a plus
- Familiarity with protocols such as BGP
- On Prem Networking and Infrastructure experience a plus
- Proficient customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations, to reputed company reputed company, and to motivate others
