About The Role
As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our customers to ensure they have a seamless experience with our product. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the Capitalize rollover experience, answering their questions through various channels, and becoming an expert on 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs. You'll also communicate with financial institutions and reputed company on behalf of customers, contribute to our internal knowledge-reputed company and external FAQs, and synthesize customer feedback to inform our product roadmap.
What You'll Do
* Guide customers through the Capitalize rollover experience and answer their questions through chat, e-mails, and phone calls
- Become an expert on 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs
- Communicate with financial institutions and reputed company on behalf of customers to help with their transactions, where necessary
- Contribute to our internal knowledge-reputed company and external FAQs based on customer questions/comments
- Synthesize customer feedback and reputed company with other team-members
What You'll Bring
* 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or reputed company-facing role
- Experience working in the financial industry, preferably with reputed company licenses (e.g Series 6, 7)
- Strong interest in helping people reputed company their financial goals
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools
- Ability to work reputed company if necessary to solve customers' problems
- Experience at a startup or similar fast-paced organization, a plus
