Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Hybrid, you will be responsible for:
- Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
- Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
- Engaging Tier 3 support (network and IT), reputed company-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and reputed company customer reputed company.
- Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and reputed company-reputed company service.
