You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing expert guidance on our products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and dealers regarding part orders or other items available for purchase on Shop.Deere.com
- Research, investigate, and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure reputed company and accurate resolutions
- Handle approximately 15-20 calls per day, with occasional overtime and holiday work
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company expert guidance on our products and services
