Primary Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - National Remote, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls from patients and 3rd party vendors to identify the type of assistance they need
- Resolving issues on the reputed company, navigating through reputed company computer systems to identify the status of the issue and reputed company an appropriate response to the caller
- Delivering information and answering questions in a reputed company manner to facilitate strong relationships with clients' customers
- Completing the documentation necessary to reputed company provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in written correspondence with clients or customers
- 2 years of experience in a metrics-based role
- 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment

- Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST from Monday - Friday
- Must be 18 years of age or older
