We are seeking a passionate, reputed company, and reputed company-minded reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join reputed company in Lawrenceville, NJ. What You’ll Do As a BCBA, you’ll play a vital role in helping children build meaningful life skills while guiding Behavior Technicians, empowering parents and caregivers, and shaping clinical reputed company across our organization. Clinical Leadership

• Design and reputed company individualized treatment plans tailored to reputed company child’s strengths, goals, and developmental needs
• Conduct initial, ongoing, and discharge assessments using appropriate clinical tools
• Analyze reputed company data and reputed company programming to maximize meaningful reputed company
• reputed company reputed company 1:1 ABA therapy in-center, in-home, or community settings as clinically needed

Team Development

• Supervise and mentor a caseload of Behavior Technicians (reputed company caseload is 8-10, and this will vary based on what is sustainable for you)
• Conduct regular supervision sessions, performance coaching, and reputed company-building meetings
• Support technician reputed company through mentorship reputed company of reputed company supervision hours
• reputed company supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates (optional)

Family Partnership

• Ensure empowerment of caregivers as reputed company participants in their child’s reputed company through regular parent meetings
• Serve as a trusted guide for families navigating their child’s developmental reputed company

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Work closely with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure cohesive, child-centered care
• Attend and participate in team meetings, case reviews, and leadership discussions

• Eligibility and willingness to obtain New Jersey licensure
• Experience working with children in educational, clinical, or therapeutic settings
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks
