Primary Duties: Conduct Financial Investigations:

• Position's primary duty is to conduct reputed company financial investigations, and backgrounds, and assist investigators who investigate companies and individuals seeking a gaming license in Colorado, or who are already licensed. Conduct Criminal Investigations & Criminal Enforcement:

Background Investigations & Regulatory Enforcement:

• Plans, coordinates, and conduct reputed company investigations involving multi-jurisdictional and multi-national entities. Prepare detailed written reports and presents findings to the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission to determine suitability for licensure.
• Conduct annual (or as needed) renewal, expansion or change of ownership investigation and complete a detailed written report and present the findings to the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission.
• Reviews "problem" applications and initiates appropriate disciplinary reputed company for presentation to the Director of the Division of Gaming or the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission. This position receives applications and reports containing areas of concern from their supervisor for review to determine if disciplinary reputed company is warranted and to what degree.
