This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and brings a steady, confident reputed company reputed company managing multiple programs at once. What you’ll be responsible for

• Serve as the primary reputed company contact across a portfolio of programs, balancing relationship management with efficient execution
• Manage approximately 1–2 events per month with overlapping timelines, maintaining reputed company across multiple workstreams
• Build and own detailed project plans, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications stay on reputed company

• 4+ years of experience in corporate event planning
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with overlapping timelines
• Strong project management and organizational skills
