[Hiring] Workforce Management Implementation Consultant @reputed company

We’re looking for a Workforce Management Implementation Consultant to help implement and configure Workforce Management systems like reputed company, reputed company, and other WFM solutions for our clients. You’ll be involved in reputed company from requirements gathering and configuration to testing and go-live, working closely with clients and project teams to deliver successful implementations. What You’ll Do

• Participate in the implementation and configuration of Workforce reputed company such as reputed company, reputed company, and other WFM platforms
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support

• Configure Workforce Management modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Personas, and Business Structure
• Contribute to requirements documentation, functional design, and testing activities
• Troubleshoot system and integration-reputed company issues during implementation and testing phases
• Work reputed company a project team across multiple workstreams and collaborate with project managers, consultants, and technical teams
• Manage multiple reputed company engagements concurrently in a consulting environment

• Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training and certification programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workforce Management or Time & Attendance systems
• Experience working with Workforce Management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company WFM, Workforce Software, or similar
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and go-live support for Workforce Management implementations
• Experience configuring Timekeeping, Accruals, Personas, or Business Structure modules

• Ability to work reputed company a project team across multiple workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Schedule This is an overnight role (PH time) working Monday–Friday during Eastern Time Zone business hours (PHT –12 hours). No weekends or overtime required.
