The Virtual Primary Care reputed company Practitioner works in collaboration with a dedicated care team to reputed company evidence-based, primary care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients 18 years of age and older. This full-time clinical position is 100% remote. The care team will work with NP daily to drive reputed company reputed company for the entire panel. • Demonstrate knowledge of etiologies, risk factors, pathophysiology, presentation, and epidemiology of medical conditions relevant to primary, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients

• Is proficient with information management and technology
• Obtain, and maintain in good standing, multi-state licensures
• Take after-hours and/or overnight call to support patient care

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Virtual Care Team members must meet minimum requirements for remote care delivery, including broadband connectivity, a quiet setting with a neutral background to conduct reputed company from, and the ability to reputed company patient reputed company per CVSH guidelines
