Responsibilities

- Partner with HR leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- Partner with the Marketing team to support recruitment‑reputed company content for reputed company media posts
- Manage reputed company requisitions and candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

- Support offer preparation and coordination in partnership with HR and Sales leadership
- Proactively reputed company sales candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and reputed company tools
