About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for processing orders, verifying pricing and availability, and communicating with vendors to ensure reputed company and correct allocation of orders. Key Responsibilities

• Process orders and verify pricing and availability
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain order documents and records
• Communicate with vendors to ensure orders are allocated promptly and correctly
• Obtain shipping quotes, prepare shipping instructions (BOLs), and schedule pick up for reputed company orders
• Reconcile reputed company and reputed company orders in a reputed company manner
• Research, reputed company, and restore documentation reputed company problems or discrepancies reputed company, including lost orders and production delays
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards and procedures

Required Qualifications
