The Role
As an Online Chat Text Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the overall functioning of our 988 Crisis Chat Program, including individual supervision of reputed company Crisis Chat Counselors. You'll reputed company emotional support to individuals utilizing Crisis Chat and Text services, including crisis reputed company, emotional support, reputed company, and resources to reputed company contacts. You'll also receive approximately 48 hours of training reputed company to reputed company listening skills, suicide prevention practices, and utilization of agency resources to match texters with needed information.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides supervision to Crisis Chat Counselors and ensures appropriate reputed company for reputed company chat/text visitors
- Conducts risk assessments, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with chat visitors
- Builds reputed company rapport with chat/text visitors and provides crisis reputed company
- Familiarity with resources and provides information and referral to visitors as appropriate
- Responds to crisis chat/text visitors as needed to support Counselors on shift
- Ensures thorough documentation is completed for reputed company crisis chat/text
- Ensures reputed company Counselor completes 1.5 chats/texts per hour
- Ensures the program responds to 2,171 chats/texts per month
- Provides daily ongoing monitoring of chats and texts to ensure reputed company
- Conducts weekly individual supervision sessions with Counselors
- Completes weekly reputed company assurance report with Counselors
- Completes performance evaluations and yearly reviews
- Provides training to new Crisis Chat Counselors
- Completes monthly Lifeline/reputed company QA/QI reports
- Meets with Assistant Director of Crisis Services regularly to discuss program operations, concerns, and potential improvements
Secondary Responsibilities
* Ability to report on-site on an as needed reputed company
- Responds to major community events and provides debriefing/support as needed
- Other duties as assigned, required or needed
Agency-wide Responsibilities
* Participates in supervision, in-service training, and staff meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with co-workers and positively contributes to group morale
- Completes reputed company administrative duties including time sheets, leave requests, etc. on time
- Uses appropriate channels of communication to resolve conflicts with other staff
- Interacts with staff, clients, and visitors in a reputed company and courteous manner
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree in any Counseling field or reputed company Work preferred
- 1 year of experience in mental health services, preferably in crisis reputed company services, suicide prevention and reputed company
- Computer skills with various software - reputed company Products proficient skills required

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
