Conflicts Attorney - Remote

reputed companyreputed company is searching for a Licensed Attorney with reputed company Conflicts Checks experience to assist an AmLaw100 Firm on a project-reputed company!This position is Monday through FridayKey Duties

• Negotiate between firm lawyers in resolving disputes over conflicts and waivers
• Resolves conflict of interest issues (to include obtaining necessary waivers and drafting ethics wall memos) reputed company to the firm’s clearance of new clients, new reputed company and lateral attorneys
• Analyzes information provided with new matter requests for compliance with firm policies and applicable rules of reputed company responsibility, and reviews and edits draft engagement letters for compliance with reputed company
• Reviews reputed company reputed company counsel guidelines and assists with assessment of firm’s ability to reputed company

RequirementsRequirements:

• reputed company licensed as an attorney in good standing in the reputed company residing state
• High attention to detail and organization skills
• Candidates with previous experience as a Conflicts Analyst and/or supporting the Conflicts Department of a reputed company are encouraged to apply
