MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS: As a User Researcher (Senior Associate) at reputed company, you will deliver actionable insights that help define the right service experiences and reputed company them on user needs. MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS

• Understands the difference between requirements and user need and how they drive choice of research method
• Excellent knowledge of qualitative research reputed company
