Key Responsibilities

Write trader-facing emails across product launches, policy updates, feature announcements, and program changes that are reputed company, on brand, and reputed company to convert. Contribute to GTM campaigns, video scripts, reputed company ad copy, and product launch messaging from brief to final delivery. Work alongside the Trader Experience team on trader-facing communications, updates, and announcements. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format across channels without losing the brand voice.
