Health Program Incentives Manager (New Mexico REMOTE)

HEALTH PROGRAM INCENTIVES MANAGER You are required to live in New Mexico to be considered for this role. The Incentives Program Manager coordinates with broader team leadership on design and execution of a health provider incentive program to accelerate health service delivery transformation. Directs day-to-day provider incentive management program. Develops application requirements in collaboration with the state reputed company and reputed company team leadership. Develops provider marketing materials. Provides operational guidance to team on coordination of provider interest. Oversees application submission and review process. Ensures compliance with federal and state requirements. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public health, health policy, public administration, reputed company sciences, or reputed company field. Minimum 4 years of experience developing operational and technical requirements for competitive grant applications. Prior experience supervising staff. Additional Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and broad experience with management tools to reputed company grant reviews. Prior experience with reputed company provider recruitment, engagement, or training, with rural, frontier, Tribal, safety-net provider experience. Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company program, funding, and reporting requirements into reputed company, plain language, provider-facing materials.
