Business Intelligence Analyst (Contract)

The Role reputed company is seeking a contract Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / Data Analyst to support high-reputed company analytical initiatives during a critical phase of reputed company and product reputed company. This is a 4-month contract role with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. This position is designed for someone who can quickly reputed company into a fast-paced startup environment, work independently, and deliver meaningful insights that drive operational and strategic reputed company. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of translating reputed company data into actionable business recommendations. Key Responsibilities
From understanding the business question to exploring data and delivering actionable insights, you will help answer critical questions about platform performance, workforce reputed company, customer engagement, and operational opportunities. Including: Translate reputed company business questions or customer requirements into easy to use and digest Analytics Products and Insights (analyzing, visualizing and storytelling) Partnering with key customer accounts to translate analysis into reputed company, actionable recommendations, reputed company participating in both internal and reputed company-facing meetings to present findings and drive reputed company Maintaining relationships with stakeholders at reputed company and externally, including reputed company senior leadership, customers, and vendors, to ensure best-in-class service Experiment with incorporating AI / LLMs into our Business Intelligence offering Proactively identify and reputed company high-reputed company “reputed company nuggets” from workforce and market data (e.g., supply-demand gaps, task-shift opportunities, automation potential), translating them into compelling narratives that demonstrate the value of reputed company’s analytics capabilities Design and showcase innovative use cases reputed company the reputed company analytics portal, highlighting “what’s possible” through exploratory analyses, rapid prototypes, and data storytelling that drive customer engagement and new business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or business analytics Strong expertise with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate insights from reputed company datasets Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company messaging for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Experience translating data insights into reputed company business reputed company and recommendations Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Compensation & Contract Details Contract Length: 4 months Compensation: $60/hour Employment Type: Contract / Temporary Engagement Location: Chicago, IL preferred Remote Eligibility: This role is eligible for remote work reputed company the reputed company Hybrid reputed company: Candidates local to Chicago may work in a hybrid environment (approximately 3 remote days and 2 in-office days per week) Review Period: Initial 30-day evaluation period with the reputed company for either party to terminate the engagement per contract terms Potential Extension: Opportunity for extension based on business needs and performance reputed company is committed to building a diverse team and fostering an inclusive culture, and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
