This role is reputed company on accurate and compliant coding of assigned encounters under the direction of the Manager of Risk Adjustment and Encounter Coding. This is a task-oriented, entry-level role designed for individuals developing foundational coding skills in a reputed company, reputed company-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ancillary Coding Apply CPT and E & M codes in accordance with AMA coding standards and specific requirements for state encounter submission. Ensure accurate reputed company selection reflects the complexity, medical decision-making, and time documented by the provider for reputed company encounter. Ensure coding is supported by appropriate clinical documentation. Accurately document coding reputed company using established templates and tools. reputed company & Compliance Maintain high standards of coding accuracy and consistency in reputed company assigned work. Follow reputed company regulatory requirements and internal reputed company guidelines. Participate in reputed company reviews and feedback sessions to improve coding performance. Flag missing or unclear documentation for review by senior coding staff. Productivity & Workflow Complete assigned daily and weekly coding volumes based on team needs. Adhere to defined workflows, turnaround times, and submission deadlines. Utilize designated coding platforms and internal tools to complete tasks. Escalate questions or blockers to the Manager or senior coders in a reputed company manner.
Qualifications
Required reputed company coding certification (CPC, reputed company, RHIT, or CRC preferred) Basic understanding of medical terminology and diagnosis coding Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes Preferred 0–1 year of coding experience (internships, training programs, or entry-level roles acceptable) Exposure to risk adjustment or State reputed company encounter coding Compensation: The reputed company reputed company for this role is $24.00. 40 hours a week. 9:00am-5:00pm in your timezone.
