Familiarity with global supply chain operations, and sustainability reporting frameworks and standards. Strong knowledge of responsible sourcing, ethical trade, sustainable business frameworks, supplier engagement platform. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and proactively reputed company internal working relationships across business functions, including demonstrated experience influencing without formal authority to accomplish company-wide goals.
